MEDHOST EDIS vs PracticeQ: Which is a better fit?

MY overall experience with medhost has been excellent. The thing it's very easy to understand.

The tests that are cancelled are still on the account and sometimes confuses staff as to why the tests were cancelled.

It all depends on what is being done or looked for. Sometimes it is frustrating when you cannot edit something to put your notes.

I like that Medhost is easy to learn and user friendly.

It is very inconvenient and takes a while to load at times, due to stats and time draws.

The forms are beautiful and look very professional. The setup is fun and very intuitive.

Inability to send bulk forms to patients. Unable to customize client display name.

I love the ability to create my own forms. This allow me the the flexibility to create exactly what I need to ensure that I have the most valuable information on each client.

Having problems with emails not going through to our patients.

I have had a great experience with PracticeQ - the customer service is great; emails were always answered quickly, and they provided me with multiple zoom intro sessions.

I am new to PracticeQ and tried setting it up myself and was unsuccessful. I am having to hire someone to set up my PracticeQ to use for my Lactation Business.

I really enjoy using it and love how it does pretty much everything I need and makes it easy.

The portal looks ugly and is not that user friendly.
