I have been using numerous Dental Software , and Eaglesoft are the MOST ANNOYING and RIDICULOUS of all. We have been having so much problem from day one till now.
My overall experience with Eaglesoft is great, the customer service is beyond amazing and they always answer any questions I may have.
Sometimes it shuts itself down or kicks me out of my application for “an illegal operation” however I did no such thing.
We really enjoy the ease of logging in and changing appts, and keeping patients information up to date - had great reminders and ease of use with statements etc.
My only complaint would be that some of our other software does not sync well with this product, which can cause some computer freezes.
User friendly, simple, easy access to FAQ and tutorials. Set up is quick, there is a lot of features to help make the patient experience better as far as insurance and billing.
How slow it can be at times and error messages.
It is by far the most user friendly Dental software that I have used. The functionality is excellent and the constant updates are very practical.
Really clunky clinical side of things. Charting is unclear and takes longer than other systems, graphically poor charting.
Really good back office reporting, good customer support from a young and developing company. Cost effective cf other software based systems.
Reports are inconsistent. Moving treatment between appointments can be chaotic.
Their advice and guidance in helping us grow our business has been invaluable and we are truly grateful to partner with them.
Incompetence doesnt end there, reported fault (painstaking process) after 3 weeks still notnl fixed so had to fix it myself.
D highly recommend it to any dental practice looking for a reliable and flexible practice management solution.
If you have a business to run ans dont have 24 hours a day to chasw their incompetance avoid.
