I have been using numerous Dental Software , and Eaglesoft are the MOST ANNOYING and RIDICULOUS of all. We have been having so much problem from day one till now.
My overall experience with Eaglesoft is great, the customer service is beyond amazing and they always answer any questions I may have.
Sometimes it shuts itself down or kicks me out of my application for “an illegal operation” however I did no such thing.
We really enjoy the ease of logging in and changing appts, and keeping patients information up to date - had great reminders and ease of use with statements etc.
My only complaint would be that some of our other software does not sync well with this product, which can cause some computer freezes.
User friendly, simple, easy access to FAQ and tutorials. Set up is quick, there is a lot of features to help make the patient experience better as far as insurance and billing.
How slow it can be at times and error messages.
This team is fantastic about discussing implementation of my requests in ways that I understand so that I can better communicate my own needs for them to help meet.
Teledentix is working on adding in a function to be able to capture x-rays (radiographs) if you are off-line. Also Teledentix looking to add in a verbal perio chart.
The integration with Teledentix has been fantastic and having the ability to take great images and video has never been easier.
The only thing is you just need to setup a seperate merchant account. No big deal but just having another service provider.
The best feature I like about this software is having the ability to let the patient schedule on their own when the office is closed.
It has a low learning curve and not very overwhelming like other management programs. The other thing is being able to share information in a secure manner to anyone with ease to Patients/MD’s/DDS.
