The customer service, support, and live help features are outstanding - the staff are friendly, very knowledgeable, willing to work with you and very effective at solving problems.
I have been using numerous Dental Software , and Eaglesoft are the MOST ANNOYING and RIDICULOUS of all. We have been having so much problem from day one till now.
My overall experience with Eaglesoft is great, the customer service is beyond amazing and they always answer any questions I may have.
Sometimes it shuts itself down or kicks me out of my application for “an illegal operation” however I did no such thing.
We really enjoy the ease of logging in and changing appts, and keeping patients information up to date - had great reminders and ease of use with statements etc.
My only complaint would be that some of our other software does not sync well with this product, which can cause some computer freezes.
User friendly, simple, easy access to FAQ and tutorials. Set up is quick, there is a lot of features to help make the patient experience better as far as insurance and billing.
How slow it can be at times and error messages.
I love akitu one, the support is number one, I loved the training, I love the wiki for added support, I love the email portion of the billing which makes admin work so much easier.
We had a rough start opening our clinic. We tried several softwares and often found that they had misrepresented their capabilities or failed to deliver on their promises.
