ControlBoard vs BuildBook: Which is a better fit?

It is a great tool to have and to see a good overview of the job and what needs to be done. We also love the customer service and being able to adjust the program to our needs as a company.

Such as using my keyboard to copy and delete resources that i now have to drag back and forth. It's very possible I'm not using this software to its full potential as there is more to learn.

Excellent and very patient customer service who are every responsive, helpful, and eager to please.

Sometimes the filters make it hard to search up a job as you have to adjust the filters to see the job come up.

The best part about the software is the fact that it is web based and very user friendly. We use it on every device from phones to desk tops seamlessly.

The "applying a filter" manual step is a little clunky, and even more difficult on mobile devices.

They have adapoted the program to work best for our company. They are willing to show me different things available on their program that they feel will help our company.

Attachments are sometimes difficult to use. We haven't figured out mobile access to forms yet.

Buildbook has been great to use for me and my team. The Buildbook team is very responsive to suggestion and implement suggestions from the field that are great.

The only thing I found a little frustrating was trying to update a selection sheet for my builder. One that I could update with text, not handwriting, but I think it’s not actually a BuildBook issue.

BuildBook’s customer service has been outstanding. They’ve been very accessible and responsive to my questions.

It's difficult to get others in the habit of using it.

I love how easy it is to integrate our current utilization of dropbox with Buildbook. As a team, we love being able to track our jobs together, and share our daily progress with each other.

The to-do lists and tasks seem difficult to create, and I wasn’t aware of several other features prior to taking this questionnaire.

I love the SELECTIONS Category, having a visual component in the room view is so nice. Build Book is super easy to navigate, you can add or remove as much or as little information to each job.
