Abeldent Staff are always wonderful to deal with and always helpful. It is rare that I need to contact the Abeldent Software Support for help.
There were certain functions with billing that would only work if you followed through with the second function otherwise you would get errors and the system would crash.
When working, whether is be in the schedule, accounts, contacts, it is straightforward and has a good very good flow. The Abeldent help section has very good explanaition on topics, when needed.
I dislike the Abel Logo, only because I can't submit this survey without an answer in this field.
Ease of use on a daily basis, great reports, ease of scheduling and great support when we need it.
Error message popping out. Multiple use of computers at the same time gives some issues.
The Abeldent Sotware Support is excellent. Abeldent Staff are always wonderful to deal with and always helpful.
Some specific reports and statistics are difficult to obtain.
Again it is super easy to use and allows you to have real time progress in how thins are going in the clinic so we know where we need to improve or what is going well at all times.
Occasionally the server fails to update and I have to write in to let them know.
These are helpful as a snapshot into how the previous week went and to ensure the statistics are trending in the right direction.
Limited in some data tracking in Chirotouch integration. I.e. Patient Information tracking).
Overall pleased with our experience with BlueIQ. It has been a good tool for keeping our team on track.
Set-up was easy, but having team members who aren't tech savvy use it on a daily or even weekly basis was a struggle.
Definitely unique as it is integrated with our EHR (CT) and there's nothing like it. Easy to use, clean interface, user friendly, attentive support.
The features rollout has been slow during the pandemic, but I am not sure that is something that they can even control.
