Zimbra powers hundreds of millions of mailboxes on desktop and mobile devices in more than 140 countries, and is offered by more than 500 BSPs and 2,000 channel partners.
Teams and businesses that work on email, including customer service teams, customer success, sales, marketing, management teams and more.
I am very impressed by the simplicity and reliability of Zimbra Collaboration Suite. I love the security Zimbra offers while still having the same look and feel of other familiar email clients.
The modules for the users themselves to change the password of their account have some problems.
It helps you to create calendars, create backup of important file and also easy document storage. The compatibility with multiple devices and browser is the best feature of Zimbra.
Firstly, filters are hard to use and understand, because they aren’t flexible at all. Secondly, the software itself is quite hard to operate.
Fast webmail, email functionality works great, Clean interface and easy to use. Also has the calendar and portfolio features which is great addons.
Perhaps the worst productivity suite I've ever used.
To my mind, it is great that Zimbra gives an opportunity to share a calendar among colleagues and customers. It helps us to share all important data and meetings at any time.
User interface should be more eye catchy. Sometimes, we face trouble sending emails and page needs to be refreshed.
Easy to use, very clean design, very good support (one the best between the email client apps).
We turned to Loop to address an unexpected crisis with the incoming email flow for technical support. We were desperate to find a solution to a serious problem in a hurry.
Which is perfectly fine with me. Anytime I have not received an immediate reply, they have replied within a few hours.
Too bad there is no Android version of the application.
We have a slightly different use case for Loop in that we use it to manage email accounts across different domains. There are very few affordable alternatives and we've found loop to be great.
According to their support they're considering adding this as an option, but until it's implemented I'll be sticking with G Suite.
To collaborate & communicate. I love the ability to turn emails into actionable tasks.
No integration with calendar. I can't sync my contactas from Contact macOS app.
Tigran K.: Hi, my name is Tigran, I'm a quantitative analyst and I give Zimbra Collaboration Suite a rating of 4. And for more reviews like this, click the link below. We were using Zimbra, mostly for messaging. So we could message each other and some other people outside the company. We could also use it not only from office, but also from home, so that was very nice. So it's compatible with different operational systems. And I would say that one of the most important features for us was the folders that we had. It was pretty similar to Outlook Express, and we had some code that we were running on clusters. So whenever we had any messages like warnings or errors, they would be sorted into one of the folders and someone could look them up easily. There are two things that I like most about Zimbra. First, that I don't have to be in the office, I can be somewhere else so I can easily connect to the server. I don't need to have a special operational system, so you can do everything online. So you don't really need to install any software. So it's similar to what most of the people are used to when they use, say, Gmail, so you can actually open your browser and use Zimbra from your browser. The second feature that I liked was the system of folders. So this system exists almost everywhere, in almost any similar software. But for whatever reason, I just find it easier to use it in Zimbra then in, say, Gmail. So speaking about things that I did not really like, the interface looked a little raw sometimes, and we experienced several frontend errors. So for example, one day we just opened the software and all the names of months were in Ukrainian. It's not a big deal for me or some other people in our company who can understand Slavic languages, but I would say that for some people, it was surprising. So once in a while, these things appeared and I don't know, it shouldn't be the case for a professional software.
