Everything about having this software has been awesome. We like the Customer Service the most.
Until the end, we heard complaints from sales that it was too hard to find things. Too many results would come up and in no particular priority order.
The stunning user interface also means that adoption has been great and everyone is happy to use the tool daily.
It's currently being sorted out now, but it was a frustrating discovery.

Been using WebDAM for a couple of years now and love it. Helped us consolidate our product and beauty photography and other marketing assets into a single place and saved a ton of money and time.
There are a few minor annoying things - for example, when showing a list of tasks it shows 20 on a page. Instead of being able to "show all" - you only have the option to "show more.
It is the best project management application and it is easy to use and save our time as well as money and it help to promoting the materials and it is very easy to understand.
Celum’s lack of offline access and on-premise mobile application is the only issue that I dislike.

Some issues related to categorisation have presented some problems. The initial interface has been declared too complex by some of our users initially.
