Celum’s lack of offline access and on-premise mobile application is the only issue that I dislike.

Need of Android AppThe Interface gets distorted when we view in smaller resolution.
The new look is good and visually looks great. We're happy with the new version of Look at Me and have had a definite increase in the amount of people in the business logging on and using this.
Some areas could perhaps have more customisation options - this may be available and I am simple unaware.
The staff at Look at Me are great, CSR is super helpful and gets back to me straight away with any queries.
The order and download function can be confusing for new users.
Software is easy to understand and simple to use. Great customer support - always quick to respond and happy to help.
Price seem to keep going up, which puts pressure on when we are facing budget cuts.

I still find its a litle difficult to use and very time consuming to add content resave and move.
