SyteLine vs Arena PLM: Which is a better fit?

The ability of this software to handle large organizational needs, integrate across departments, and produce quality reports is among the best I've seen.

Bad, The given partner was not capable of taking the company to go live. Once the complaint was brought to Infor and we discovered the partner had failed many implementations.

Developing and modifying existing reports is also a great asset to the software. Information that is needed is accessible and informative to make critical business decisions.

It highlights the wholes in your data, generally most problems come down to problems with users and data.

Perhaps the greatest asset of the tool is the APS functionality. Projecting accurate capable to ship dates to customers in a manufacturing environment is crucial.

Software has not running in live situation almost 1-2 years training, adjustment, problem solving, and etc. With this software price, its been the worst investment that our company made.

Syteline is a user friendly ERP solution with a good interface. The forms are self explanatory and easy to use.

Almost 2 years into this horrible excuse of accounting software I have ever used.

Overall experience has been great. Arena support, Arena Help, and pagetips is are very helpful.

Report writer is old and awkward and needs overhaul. Inability to provide searches/filters/reports based on stage of route for change orders.

The thing I liked most about the product was the ability to customize it to fit our needs.

Weak control of regulatory items such as RoHS/REACH.

I've never felt like I was forced to change my workflow with any of the updates, and if I need any help their customer service is excellent.

The initial layout of information when reviewing items within Arena can be unclear at times.

Many useful features that allow for supported processes to be robust.

The UI has lots of small text and empty space.
