Overall experience has been great. Arena support, Arena Help, and pagetips is are very helpful.
Report writer is old and awkward and needs overhaul. Inability to provide searches/filters/reports based on stage of route for change orders.

There is no design element to field placement in the GUI, fields are just lined up in two rows with no thought to use. Console did not work when first implemented, so we've never used it.

TrackWise is a great product if you have the resources available to customize the product to your use and put some effort into developing it.
Even those we can customize the software there are some out of the box features which we can’t customize, more flexibility is needed.
Tyler: Hi, my name is Tyler. I'm the system admin for TrackWise Digital. I work at a smaller CDMO company, and I would give TrackWise a rating of four out of five. We use TrackWise Digital as our quality management system. As a regulated industry, it's critical that we're able to manage deviations, change controls, CAPAs, audits, and TrackWise is a great system for that. For me, I think the biggest strength of TrackWise Digital is that it runs on the Salesforce platform. Because it runs on the Salesforce platform, if you're able to understand and work with Salesforce, you can really leverage that platform in addition to what you get from TrackWise to do a lot of really cool, really powerful things with the system. One of the trickier things with TrackWise Digital seems to be that it hasn't quite been figured out by the setup and implementation teams. It's a little weird when you get it out of the box, so there's definitely some customization that needs to be done to make it real effective. That's probably the biggest weakness I've experienced with it.
