I love the functionality, ease of use. I also have found that it is very easy for our customers to input their events if they wish to.
The only thing I dislike is that sometimes the screen is hard to see and long sentences run across the screen and are not text wrapped.
I also like that our customers are able to track their orders and spending with interference from me. I love how easy it is for anyone to use and that it is reliable for our customers.
Really the biggest problem would be the sometimes the organization and repetitive or unneeded nature of the information that has to be included.
Awesome tools to edit customer event sheets. Love that they can view their own account and place their own orders.
In the case of entering floor stock and department stock on the same invoice it will put the amount on both reports. This causes problems when trying to balance out the month.
Customer service is very quick to respond and resolve any issues that arise. Also, clients are very happy with the ease of placing orders online while viewing current menus.
I was once able to go in and write and publish my own menus and I am no longer able to do that. Now all I can do is edit the material that is there.

We use CaterTrax in our facility for our customers to place catering orders and also for our hospital floor stock. We like CaterTrax because it makes our customers' ability to order from us really simple. Directions are very easy to follow. And there's a section also for comments if they have any questions for us to follow up with them. The things that we dislike or it could be improved is on the floor stock side of the application, when we go to enter our totals, there is several screens that we have to go through to submit it for billing. And that is sometimes time consuming and could definitely be improved for ease of use.
