Norton are regularly disgraced for their client service, with many detailed instances of Norton 'security specialists' telling clients their PCs are tainted and should be fixed.

The customer service for this product makes it not worth renewing to me. I had a terrible time with the customer service rep not speaking English and when I asked for a supervisor he denied me.

The only thing I dont like so far is that it has been bad about picking up ransomware. The company has been hit a few times with this issue and there are no logs of it in webroot.

It is a cloud based network so connection problems could affect its performance. I dont have that problem to often but I have noticed it once or twice.

Sometimes the internet is very slow because it's going through the proxy. There are also some issues with it failing to connect frequently but only on a few systems.

Before Norton AntiVirus, I was using McAfee Software Virus, and I had to do a whole bunch of updates and Norton AntiVirus seemed to be one that I only had to update annually rather than every six months. I chose Norton AntiVirus because I could do a yearly resubscription rather than a six month and it seemed to be a lot easier with the installation and I felt more protected with the Norton AntiVirus rather than McAfee. Getting started with Norton AntiVirus was really easy, straightforward. It just was basically a one stop shop, basic. You just click through all the buttons and then the installation process is very quick and easy. And you only do it once, rather than several times a year. Recommendations that I would recommend for Norton AntiVirus. I would definitely just go to the website and download the latest version because the upgrades are just very much worth it and because you feel just more protected, you get more reports. And there's just so many bugs out there. So I would just say, just always get the latest and greatest and you don't have to do it more than once, so you just feel protected all the time.
