Sales teams does not disclose the fact that IT DOES NOT WORK WITH Mac OS. The system does not work with Mac based systems so if you have a Mac keep shopping to avoid disappointment.

My phone experience was a year or so ago, but the bad impression remains. Maybe the regular phone person was out sick and it was all hands on deck and Grumpy Uncle Man was nearest to the receiver.
The associates I have interacted with at their "App Support" have all been very professional and nice and as helpful as they can be.
There’s a “break even point” where if you drive too many miles you’ll get paid less than the average federal rate. Sometimes as low as $.30 a mile which is horrible.
Overall, from a user perspective, I like the product. It's easy to use and when I have had questions the customer support is excellent.
There is really nothing that I can think of regarding this software, in a negative light.
I've been using for several years now, great experience and the pros I mentioned above have become better ad more reliable over time.
And those complaints have never been addressed. There are only two possible conclusions here: 1-Motus is incapable of fixing their own app or 2-Motus just doesn't care.
I like the ease of use and that the gps function makes it convenient to track my mileage. I also appreciate the customer service and website efficiency.
The lack of being able to edit start and end times is an issue.
