Overall experience with Workday Financial Management has been fantastic. Great capabilities that can integrate very well with other Workday modules.
We have also had some issues with invoices getting lost in the system and had to recreate them in order to get them to process.
Workday Financials is user friendly and has some great reporting capabilities. The interface looks fresh and it's easy to navigate.
Requesting absences is not often a smooth process. There are often errors that pop up that are not accurate.
Workday does an amazing job with a great interface allowing the user to easily learn the system while not sacrificing the work being done. Easy, affordable, maintainable.
You have to find a specific link for your company, and it can be difficult to find.
Overall, I enjoyed the ease of use for the program as a whole and loved the level of detail. The ability to host certain files in the app was also very helpful.

Compared to some of the bigger names out there in the accounting world, Patriot does it all at an amazing price point, with a super easy interface, and excellent customer support.
Then I found out the fees charged by my bank and decided against using that feature.

If you have accrued liabilities, They use "modified cash basis" which it also odd vs. Cash Basis. No Statement available to send out to customers.
It's ease of use has been amazing. It does everything that a small business owner like myself would need.

Nick C.: My name is Nick. I am an IT security specialist. I work in higher education and I give Workday Financial Management a four out of five. When looking at different products between Workday and also we are looking at a product called PeopleSoft. And we moved off of PeopleSoft, an older version, but their newer version did not meet all of our needs. We ended up going with Workday because they provided a fully cloud solution that alleviated any problems we had with on-premise things, like servers and workstations. With the nature of things like Workday, the integration for programs that replaced financial management are going to be very involved. So, it was quite a long process for us to integrate Workday into our environment. But it's definitely something that we enjoyed the change. When looking into Workday as a financial solution, definitely going to be, know all of the requirements that your finance team requires and all of the things that will be needed to continue support for this product. Karen S.: Hi, my name is Karen. I'm a small business owner and accountant. I rate Patriot's four out of five. For more reviews, please click below. The software I was using was QuickBooks online payroll. I switched over to Patriot due to the fact that it was better cost effective for my clients to use Patriot. Patriot is an easier platform to utilize for not just myself as a business owner accountant, but for clients that are new to establishing and wanting to submit payrolls on a quarterly basis, or on a monthly basis. Patriot was very simple. It gives you step-by-step. As a person who is in the profession, or someone who's new to it, gives you a step-by-step. It doesn't let you move forward unless you have provided all the data needed for Patriot to be able to do its proper job in reporting payroll for clients. The advice that I would give to individuals that are new to Patriot is utilize its resources. It is very cheap on a monthly basis. It gives a lot of features in which if you can contact even a salesperson or a client's representative for Patriot, they will show you exactly all the features that it actually has that you can utilize to benefit all the resources it has.
