The ability to import data from our existing system and then manipulate that data to fit the new program was an awesome feature. This program was also very easy to use.
But because I didn't often utilize these options, I had a difficult time recalling how to make choices or navigate through the menu.
My experience with A1 Tracker has been amazing. I mainly deal with insurance certificates of insurance with multiple requirements dependent on contract types awarded.
Our process was very manually intensive, and no one could access business information from outside the office.
Also customer service is always standing by and responds to emails super quickly which I appreciate. This is definitely worth every penny.

We can now generate all of the OSHA reports and the First Report of Injury right from the system, and limit the report by department, location, and subsidiary company.
Better layout of information and user friendly in some items (looking up particular vehicles, properties, finding a member).
The lack of info that was to be transferred, letters that cannot be edited, duplicated entries some that can be deleted & some that cannot. Copy & Paste does not work.
We were an early adopter of NavRisk and have been pleased since the roll out.
The inability to see all of the various fields in some of the views.
The EDI reporting works efficiently most of the time which is critical since electronic reporting is required of insurers in MT. The response time is consistently good.
I'm disappointed that your product regressed from Renaissance to Navrisk.
I'm really liking the processing of quotes/policies capabilities. Its much easier to track what's going on with an account.
I dislike changing from a editable grid to a view only grid. That was a set back for our functionality.
