ZENOTI vs Rosy: Which is a better fit?

It not only is a good program for clients appointments and POS, it is also fantastic for timesheet documentation and reports for payroll.

Horrible, and its getting worse. Just got off the phone with customer service and i couldn't understand a word.

The software is amazing and have many features, but for us what we love about zenoti the most is the customer service we get from our team.

Equally impressive has been the training - not only Zenoti University which allows everyone in the salon to go at their own pace and level but the face to face follow up which has been outstanding.

This is an expensive switch both in time, energy and I general much more expensive than the experience of Mind body. I regret daily on switching.

My overall experience of rosy is amazing. I love it and recommend anyone try it out in the beauty business.

The other software was in my option one of the worst, hacked together, poorly engineered PC apps with lousy online functionality and mediocre support.

Software was regularly nonresponsive or completely down for random amounts of time in the middle of the day. Terrible when your whole software is cloud based.

It totally helps with setting appointments. I love how easy it is to find anything that has been saved.

I rely solely on my mobile device while in the salon and I'm extremely frustrated that I can no longer Mangage Employees, Orders, or Inventory.

I love how easy it is for me to use and for my clients to book their own appointments. I really like all of the features like text reminders.

Its hard to get anyone to call you back in a timely manner.
