Toucan vs TARGIT: Which is a better fit?

Toucan provides a complete and easy-to-use solution for non-developer profiles like mine. The ease of set-up allowed us to set-up and deploy a dashboard in record time, that our customers love.

Some occasional performance lags when handling large data sets can interrupt the workflow. Improvements in speed for data-heavy operations would enhance the user experience.

Toucan has been the perfect data visualization tool for our company. Their customer service has been excellent from the initial discovery call to 6 months in with regular account check ups.

Documentation could be more detailed with use casesDesign options are limited.

On top of that, Toucan's team has been really helpful to help us during the onboarding process.

The platform has proven to be an invaluable asset for data management and team collaboration. It simplifies complex data analysis and makes sharing insights across teams easy and effective.

Ease of installing and friendly user interface. Vendor is excellent with help and advise.

Your first few clicks seemingly are never right. Moreover, you are at risk of making costly mistakes and loosing work easily.

It's great BI software for quick, easy-to-develop reports and dashboards. It's a stable and reliable platform.

Knowing what we know now we just regret not getting the product sooner.

A lack of "out of the box" reports and Analyses.

The Targit customer service, training, and technical team are very helpful and responsive. The product continues to improve.

I don't like the fact that upgrades are so painful. The upgrades require a significant amount of effort and time.
