Proshop has lots of great features and I am exceptionally pleased with almost all of it. The things that I like the most are scope, reliability, IT burden, and visibility.
It was difficult to re-arrange for the order desired. However, the latest upgrade corrected this problem and now has a drag and drop function that makes this process much easier and streamlined.
There is no better feeling than the feeling that someone cares about your business and its success as much as you do and my appreciation of ProShop, the company, is sincere and warranted.
One hurdle in the way was the 20 year old homegrown “ERP. Don’t get me wrong, it served the shop very well for a long time, but it was tired, cumbersome and built on a platform no longer supported.
ProShop is a fantastic piece of software which is flexible and can be fit many use cases. Would (and have) highly recommend.
