Sigmund Software vs eVisit: Which is a better fit?

Very impressed with this user friendly system from a clinical, medical and administrative perspective. The reporting system is robust and flexible.

I found this product hard to learn since there is so much that is offered with this. I wouldn't say it was bad just a lot of information.

Sigmund Support and Implementation team are outstanding. Implementation and use of the upgraded AURA program were challenging but with the Implementation team's help, the mission was accomplished.

After begging the [SENSITIVE CONTENT] for help for months to fix the billing situation, he suggested I switch to their billing company. I did- and the losses got worse.

Web based accessibility is a nice feature. The ability to color code providers is appealing.

Sending prescriptions electronically. There has been several glitches and errors.

Every single thing once we signed up. The “implementation” Team had no idea how to utilize their software to tailor to our business.

The customer service department is very friendly and helpful. I also like how easy it is to create a schedule for appointments.

And it's also incredibly insulting that I would commit fraud with a patient (I get that it happens but not in this situation).

EVisit is user friendly and requires very little maintenance. The customization of eVisit was also a great selling point in the selection of a telehealth platform as well as its interfacing abilities.

Left several messages for the CEO to voice some concerns and NEVER had the professional curtesy of a call back. Terrible company, mediocre platform.

They are cheerful and willing and eager and just delightful, as a group. I've yet to meet one that I didn't like and appreciated greatly.

Difficulty setting up new providers/onboarding is slow. Needs to have more options than just "Deny" as a response to a text notifying of a patient requesting an eVisit.

Great customer service and growing with our company as we provide care in a new platform. This is an exciting time for medicine and treating patients in a new way.

Explaining to patients how to download and use the app is time-consuming and patients not able to use easily makes for frustrated patients and healthcare providers.
