Psyquel vs EHR YOUR WAY: Which is a better fit?

It is easy to use; very time efficient for billing and adding new clients; having a designated Rep from Psyquel has been awesome; very helpful, patient, responsive.

Meanwhile, I have billed 90846 several times and will continue to receive these useless and frustrating messages. This is a huge waste of my valuable time.

I like the support people mostly, they are timely and understand the software and it's capabilities. The software is pretty comprehensive in its coverage of what information is necessary.

Overall, I found it to be on the whole very inferior.

She's really what's kept me using Psyquel because having a good point person is important. Rep is however also really good about hearing needs and getting back quickly when there is an issue.

The only downfall I have found is that you can actually enter a new patient into the system more than once and no warning is given that a record already exists.

Organized and helpful for scheduling. Our contact person is very prompt, friendly and helpful.

There are not a lot of things I dislike about this software.

We have had a wonderful experience and prefer this software far more than our old EHR (Kareo). Blessy was our implementation team leader and is always helpful and pleasant to interact with.

In the morning when our office opens we are unable to directly speak to someone if we are having a problem and need it solved immediately. DME--have contacted at least 3 times cannot print DME.

The customer service is top notch, very responsive, courteous, and resolve your issues in a timely manner.

There was no talk about it "technically" being able to work. It was tested that same day.

We love the software and the people behind it. They are very professional, courteous, helpful and always there ready to help in all aspect of the software especially when you needed them.

We are a small non-profit organization that provides substance abuse treatment, and we are still relatively new to the EHR world.

It's worth noting that the end result will be absolutely worth the wait, as the current Chrome user interface is an attractive, clean, and intuitive design.

We submitted all the information requested and let EHR Your Way take over ( NO Headaches ). Since everything is based on the current workflow the learning curve for the system was very low.
