It is easy to use; very time efficient for billing and adding new clients; having a designated Rep from Psyquel has been awesome; very helpful, patient, responsive.
Meanwhile, I have billed 90846 several times and will continue to receive these useless and frustrating messages. This is a huge waste of my valuable time.
I like the support people mostly, they are timely and understand the software and it's capabilities. The software is pretty comprehensive in its coverage of what information is necessary.
Overall, I found it to be on the whole very inferior.
She's really what's kept me using Psyquel because having a good point person is important. Rep is however also really good about hearing needs and getting back quickly when there is an issue.
The only downfall I have found is that you can actually enter a new patient into the system more than once and no warning is given that a record already exists.
Organized and helpful for scheduling. Our contact person is very prompt, friendly and helpful.
There are not a lot of things I dislike about this software.
TheraScribe customer support is super responsive, always heard back when I've emailed with tech questions within the hour. I love TheraScribe and would recommend to any therapist.
Sometimes the problems and treatment options are limited and i have to create my own.
Part of it was great because having the Wiley's planners built into the program is amazing.
Hard to use, Hard to connect everyone together, Confusing, My therapists said they never figured it out. Most had therascribe back in the day and said.
It has made my treatment planning SO easy. It is super user friendly and has saved me so much time by having the templates for each diagnosis.
I have had struggles with using the software on two computers and having them interface with each other.
Over many years, and numerous version releases we have enjoyed the familiarity and the reliability. It is nice to not be required to "rip out and replace" every time a major release is installed.
The default font is small. It can be fatiguing by the end of the day.
