Our president loves the sales pipeline. It gives him the opportunity to visually SEE what the sales people are doing on a weekly basis which he loves.
Some of the functions are irreversible and at times that can be infuriating. Especially when upstaging to submitted status.
I like how robust the software is in organizing client policy information, documents, and the numerous integrations it has with IVANS and insurance carriers which are useful for marketing business.
The Inability to unattach certain attachments incase they were done by mistake or are incorrect. As well as the inability to edit details of certain processed work lines.
Licenses, regulations, even outstanding fees appear. Amazing for my everyday work.
We were forced to use this software by insurance company. There is no value to agents, only expense.
My favorite thing about EPIC is the marketing platform. I love that you can tailor each submission for each carrier.
Hard to learn, clunky user interface, limited viewing options.
I absolutey love it I think it’s user friendly and awesome for the price.
By far the most infuriating is the utter lack of communication from their support department, despite constant assurances of a call back.
The ability to add/edit captions to inspection photos is very helpful.
Trouble with syncing and limited data storage when internet is not available.
Mostly great, with a few recommended improvements.
You have to reorganize the slides which is a massive pain.
I love the dictation feature so you can label your photos as you are taking them.
I hate that the server does not utilize the abilities of my phone camera. Only 2x zoom and no wide angel zoom.
Speaker 1: I'm Rebecca. I am an insurance broker. I would give Applied Epic a five. And for more reviews, please see below. I use Applied Epic to set up my day. All of my tasks for the day are listed on the homepage. It also allows me to find all of the different clients' information and policies quickly and easily. It also gives me access to my quota as well as all of the company websites. The thing I like most is that I can set up my day and I don't have to remember anything. Everything I have to remember is on my home screen, so I can just click on it and do what I need to do. If Epic could update their software a little more frequently. I do find that it crashes every once in a while, but it is restored fairly quickly and their techs do work on it and get it resolved.
