Some changes that Diversified made are not global; only available in some screens and the old way for others. There is a misspelled word that irritates me every time I see it.
I love the abilities to customize date for each individual customer. Being able to make special notations for each customer is very important to us.

Authorize.net features easy to use and very user friendly software. The program has awesome search features, easy to access reporting and awesome fraud protection and filters in place.
I'm not sure if it's coincidental or not, but a few people's cards got fraudulent notifications just after making a donation through the site.
The functionality of authorize.net is efficient. Its reliability makes it a wonderful tool for payment processing.
There is no text to pay feature. Right now we can only email invoices.

Previously, for our clients, we were using the WooCommerce setup for eCommerce for our clients using their payment portal. And then, we switched to authorize.net because it was a lot safer for our customers' payment processing. We chose authorize.net because it is very safe for our customers to submit payments on an eCommerce platform. And it also gives them options for payment, whether it's different types of credit card or PayPal. Getting started with authorize.net was very easy. They provided us instructions to place the API code on the site and then also gave us a sandbox for testing to make sure everything was set and ready to go before making it live on our clients' sites. I would recommend authorize.net because, once again, it's super safe for the client processing, and very easy to implement, and gives the customers lots of options, so you don't have them bouncing out at the checkout cart.
