The independent used car dealer who is looking for top notch dealer management system functionalities at the most competitive price in the market.
Maximizer is the ultimate CRM for Sales Leaders. With a centralized view of all data and sales rep activity, you can better monitor your team, analyze metrics, predict outcomes, & influence results.
We use it at our smaller dealership and it is so user friendly. It is extremely easy to run deals to 5 lenders at one time to get the best approval for your customers, the support is really great too.
Horrible, SCAM, Wont cancel the account, charging double what agreed on.
I was referred to DealerCenter's DMS by a friend and i'm glad i did because it's so easy to use. Glad i didnt got with Frazier or V12.
Email and text message blast is non functional and the support team is mostly overseas. No accountability when things go wrong.
Of all the research I did this one has the most integrated features. Very helpful and rep. did a real wonderful job helping me.
Some of their pricing of options are too costly for the sector and competition. The al a carte pricing should be grouped or packaged.
Super easy to work with and everytime I call the representative she helps me as soon as possible and knows the system very well. I highly recommend the dealer center program for the price.
I think it's very annoying how every time I do something it opens new tabs.
Overall, my experience with Maximizer has been a very good one. The training provided is very good and Maximizer staff are very helpful in customizing the program to suit our needs.
After the sale, the glow fades quickly. Any support is costly in either your time, loss of functionality, or the fees and charges needed to solve issues.
Over the last few decades it has help improve my career because of the tracking and flexibility of the design. I couldn't recommend a better CRM.
Having used Maximizer for over 25 years I am always disappointed that with each new version it gets worse.
The ability to set a personalized dashboard to keep targets top of mind is very helpful and is a great way to start the day.
There are, as with all software, glitches. It's hard for us to know if that's Maximizer or our firm's interfacing with Maximizer, but we have had a couple of problems that we just have to "live with.
The mobile app is great for simple tasks while on the go. It is nice to see frequent updates to keep up to date, and the fact that it is web-based is always a positive.
Maximizer will not reinstall after support uninstalled my system now i have lost over 10 years of data.
Sandeep: Hi, this is Sandeep from Speedy Auto Sales & Service in Orlando. I'm the director of the company and I would probably give four to four and a half stars to DealerCenter. Well, I haven't used any of the software before DealerCenter because we started our dealership and started with DealerCenter. But, we do have a lot of friends in this business who advised against the other existing software because of some issues, which they never corrected or rectified. The pricing of DealerCenter was quite economical. They had good service. I would also say they were probably the number one rated while I was doing the research for the software systems. That was just simply amazing. Their service initially was very, very good. The onboarding process was very simple. They had training for each individual packet in terms of whether it was accounting, whether it was inventory, whether it was sales reporting. The training was amazing. I've been in the industry for a little over a year. I have still been talking to a lot of people in case there is anything better in the market, but no one at all comes even close to DealerCenter, and that is why I've decided I will stick onto it. I haven't been looking for anything. As whatever issues I face there's always a solution with them.
Rod: Hi, I'm Rod. I'm a financial advisor, and I would rate Maximizer CRM a five out of five. And for more reviews like this, click below. Before I used Maximizer, I was using Salesforce. And although it's a good program, the problem is is that it's really complicated, and the learning curve and the curve to get all your stuff in there is really, really time consuming, whereas Maximizer, you can get up and running really quickly. I chose Maximizer, because I was somewhat familiar with the program. I had a couple of friends who were using it, and they really raved about how it worked, and so I decided to give it a try. And the more I used it, the more I found it was really intuitive for what I did. Being in financial services, people have several different products. They might have life insurance and investments. And one of the cool things that Maximizer does is it helps you group things together, sort of in families, so you can tell who has what, where, a lot easier than you can in a lot of other programs. And it just makes it a lot more seamless to do that. The other thing I really like is that it's easy to keep in contact with clients. The built-in email features and texting features makes it just so easy to keep in contact with people. It's great. Getting started with Maximizer was actually a little bit easier than I thought. Coming from using Salesforce, which is a pretty complicated program, I found Maximizer fairly easy to ramp up with, and get into right away. Inputting information, you can, of course, download from other programs, which made it a whole lot simpler. And even if you're putting in leads one at a time, it was really, really nice and easy to use, so I liked that feature a lot. The other thing I liked was the connectivity. It connects up with everything else you're doing, your email, and any other third party programs you might want to use that maybe work in the investment industry, which I use. They connect really, really well, and they seem to talk to each other well. So it's kind of like having your own virtual assistant without actually having to hire someone else. If you're looking for a sales solution, a CRM solution that really helps you connect things together, and you've got a business where it's important that you stay connected with clients on a regular basis, and when you're talking to them, you know what they've got with you already so that you can speak intelligently and build a relationship, I'd highly recommend Maximizer. For me, it's the only way to go.
