Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM vs Sage People: Which is a better fit?

It is an excellent product and it is having excellent feature for configuration as per customer requirement and lots of add on feature for the organisation support to make the work easy.

Extremely disappointed with the Software Advice, Oracle, and the integrator. It's been almost an impossibly bad process.

User Interface, hdl loader better than fbl, effs and doffs are very great. We are very happy with these aspects.

It is very time-consuming and breaks everything. It gets expensive and frustrating.

It has some good features as workflow configuration and Customizable forms, also the System has some good reporting capabilities.

Customer support sometimes difficult. Navigating all the Oracle resources can also be difficult.

Good experience excellent way to manage databases I recommend it, his other complements reinforce it.

The system can have a hard to understand interface and frequent performance issues.

The Sage people sales team were great to work with. We talked with them on several occasions and we developed a nice relationship and worked towards a resolution.

Reporting which is based on force.com is very poor, time management is very difficult and the roadmap of new features from Sage is weak.

Sits on the salesforce platform which is very robust. The staff at Fairsail are fantastic to work with and offer outstanding service.

This software seems painfully outdated. There are other cloud softwares that blow this one away.

Reports and View are really useful. About Set Up: I am happy to say that global search is totally useful.
