From small start-ups to huge enterprises - ProWorkflow is the best tool to keep track of progress and people. Customizable & adaptable to all of your business needs.
Fantastic program , help to manage , to be improved the user manual to be updated and easy to understand.
Those who were skeptical at the start became believers. Many things went wrong - late deliveries of materials, slow permit approvals, and on and on.
Project and task assignment is easy. The ability to configure MPro is the best benefit.
I have been through a bunch of them (I won't name them here) but I go back to the '80's with these kinds of PIMs and this one has put them all to shame.
Highly powerful, very customizable program with awesome sales support. In fact one of their support team who I had been dealing with, went so far as to respond to me from her vacation in Hawaii.
But there will be missing features for lower-level detailed planners acculturated to MS Project.
The ability to premote or demote items is nice. The printing of reports is very flexible.
Trying to rmember what all the functions mean is difficult if you do not use the software every day of the week.
I'm currently training a new staff on it and it's so easy to learn It's fantastic, we love it, our clients love it and we couldn't be happier. We are ProWorkflow's biggest fan.
I am a user of this software, it is frustrating that when EMS advisors at Enable NZ are finished with a client it removes the client from the system for me.
The application is a terrific and excellent tool for my time management and also integrates with my financial packaging which makes it so easy for me.
Reporting can be difficult and cluttered and hard to read in the table format.
Super easy to use; great customer support; great training videos and on-boarding; robust features at a reasonable price.
The only issue we sometimes have is with the limitation to the file size when we upload or download. Sometimes 1GB just doesn't do it.
We were able to increase the amount projects we can take on and manage, which is a win win for our business.
When invoices transfer to xero they keep the hourly rate - so I can't activate auto invoice reminder in xero otherwise i have to remove that rate off each task (no time for that).
Chuck P.: I'm Chuck. I'm a creative director. I would give ProWorkflow a four out of five. For more reviews like this, click below. I've used Basecamp and Teamwork and a few other project management softwares. I was looking for something that was going to fit the current size of my team, as my team size and company changed sort of a larger amount in one sort of sitting. So we wanted to find something that scaled with us at that time. We chose ProWorkflow mainly because of the sort of visual representation of a calendar and timeline of your day. The ability to sort of look visually back at your day, look the holes and fill them in of what you're working on. Just because as we work, we aren't always great at starting and stopping your work. Or if you're out on meetings or you're going out or used to go out to clients, it was harder to sort of understand what happened to your day. So you could always look back easily. Something I don't think I've found in other project management softwares. When we started with ProWorkflow, I think we worked off a demo version, but it was pretty seamless. I think it works like a lot of other project management software to get started. Then because of the sort of visual nature of how we could work with our time sheets, I think it was pretty easy to adopt. There's always some sort of learning curve, but we didn't... If you're sort of used to other project management software, I think most of them are pretty easy to pick up. If you're considering ProWorkflow, I would definitely do trials of project management software just to get a sense of where you're at. I think each individual software probably works different for different types of companies. We really like ProWorkflow mainly for one feature, but, and we actually don't use it for a lot of the other billing and invoicing features, but yeah, for what we do, I think it integrated pretty quickly. So I think doing just even a test of it or a demo of it, you can really see how easily it can be for you or if it doesn't work for your workflow situation.
Prioritize real-user-identified key features according to your needs to find your best fit.
