I am using the itrack software for online focus groups. The ease of Setting up a OLFG, sending invites and reminders to encourage participants, are the most liked features for me.
I also do not like the technical test. It cause problems for participants.
The program is easy to use (for us, the clients and the respondents), is easy to program and easy to manage throughout the project. We appreciate the email templates and reporting options.

Before using Qualtrics CoreXM, I used Google Forms and SurveyMonkey, and I switched to Qualtrics because of its increased customization, and some of the other functionality that it has, like JavaScript. I love Qualtrics CoreXM for its ability to make forms go any direction that you want. And for the easy ability to collect and manage data. One thing that's a little bit challenging about Qualtrics is that, because of all of the functionality, it's a little bit of a learning curve. It takes a little bit to get into, but they do offer a lot of documentation on how to get started. For anybody who's wanting to use Qualtrics, it gives you tons of power, but you want to make sure that it is the best option for your use case. If you just need basic forms, something like Google Forms is okay, but Qualtrics is really the best option for anything you want to do for collecting data online.
