The Qualtrics survey platform also offers an offline application -- for an additional fee -- which is extremely weak.
It is very easy to create surveys and have full freedom of how you want them to look like. You can customize them to better fit your application.
Setting up the rules and generating the reports was more trouble than it was ultimately worth--needed to many calls to customer support.
Best survey use I've seen out there. Non linear question editing is superb and it is super easy to view mobile and desktop visuals.
It can be a little difficult to figure out how to program different types of questions.

When we first started using Upsiide we had a ton of support ([SENSITIVE CONTENT] was amazing). The platform is easy to use and effective.

Before using Qualtrics CoreXM, I used Google Forms and SurveyMonkey, and I switched to Qualtrics because of its increased customization, and some of the other functionality that it has, like JavaScript. I love Qualtrics CoreXM for its ability to make forms go any direction that you want. And for the easy ability to collect and manage data. One thing that's a little bit challenging about Qualtrics is that, because of all of the functionality, it's a little bit of a learning curve. It takes a little bit to get into, but they do offer a lot of documentation on how to get started. For anybody who's wanting to use Qualtrics, it gives you tons of power, but you want to make sure that it is the best option for your use case. If you just need basic forms, something like Google Forms is okay, but Qualtrics is really the best option for anything you want to do for collecting data online.
