Before you get to the product you have to deal with customer service and training which is the WORSE out of 20yrs billing this is the WORST customer service I have every dealt with.
I love that you always have the most current version and it's super easy to use. It is a great product and I've billed on several different billing software's.
The representative lied. We paid $1500 to start up and a year contract but was unable to use their system since they were not compatible with our EMR we were using when they said they were.
NueMD is a nice product with a good interface and reasonably priced, so overall a good option to keep on the table.
They also are suing us due to breech of contract even though there system does not work with our EMR.
My company has several Dr. Offices we work under so having an EMR that I can customize and set up to our liking is great. The staff has been awesome in helping with the implementation of the product.
Advanced Md who owns NueMd has been a terrible experience. You may think you are saving money by going with this software but I promise you it will be something you soon regret.
Their customer service is fantastic and they stick by their word to support their customers with superior quality.
Nothing in particular, the app was frustrating at first due to updates every week, but that was on our end to implement and by no means was a fault of forcura.

It has a clear orders outstanding workflow. It would be nice to organize paperwork by clinician name and/or region/location for ease of following up on missing documents.
I don’t like that I don’t always trust that paperwork is being uploaded correctly and that these is a lot of room for user error both in the mobile app and via computer.
We had a great in-depth training on how to use Forcura to help our role and it is really a game changer in many ways. So happy with it and the ease of use.

What we use NueMD on a daily basis is to schedule patients for our clinics, for our offices, and to enter all their information and run reports. It's super easy to use. Even if you don't have training, you can go ahead and figure it out. It's great that it lets you know when you're entering patient information if you're missing something. It's going to give you a popup, or it's going to let you know because you have required fields. So, that is super useful. Something I believe NueMD has to improve is the reports. Sometimes they are empty when you run reports. They don't give you the information that you need. The customizable option doesn't really work all the time. So I think the report side of the report feature of NueMD could be improved.
