DrChrono serves small single provider practices and large medical group practices with multiple specialty customizations.
It makes me more confident that patients' information is secure. I love the Live Help option.
Before you get to the product you have to deal with customer service and training which is the WORSE out of 20yrs billing this is the WORST customer service I have every dealt with.
I love that you always have the most current version and it's super easy to use. It is a great product and I've billed on several different billing software's.
The representative lied. We paid $1500 to start up and a year contract but was unable to use their system since they were not compatible with our EMR we were using when they said they were.
NueMD is a nice product with a good interface and reasonably priced, so overall a good option to keep on the table.
They also are suing us due to breech of contract even though there system does not work with our EMR.
My company has several Dr. Offices we work under so having an EMR that I can customize and set up to our liking is great. The staff has been awesome in helping with the implementation of the product.
Advanced Md who owns NueMd has been a terrible experience. You may think you are saving money by going with this software but I promise you it will be something you soon regret.
The platform is able to be fully customized and everyone I have had the opportunity to work with has been prompt, polite and effective. I am very happy with my decision to use them as our EHR.
So I suffer through these issues, understanding that in 5 years of use, the problems have not improved-they've actually worsened.
It is easy to customize, easy to use, has the best ipad functionality, excellent customer support, fair pricing and is fast.
What upsets me is that there is no one to speak to in regards to support. I have lost alot of time because the website will not allow me to reset my password.
I love the ability to customize my own templates and create forms that will work for my practice. I enjoy the sleek design and ability to use the App for easy access in the field.
Poor onboarding process. Incompetent staff, unauthorised billing, security breach, non- existent customer service.
This still feels like a relatively young product with great potential. The price is very appealing.
As a medical director, I was unable to do the data searches required and task completions that were required. That’s not even speaking on the business end where the financial interface was poor.
Sabrina C.: My name's Sabrina. I'm an office admin assistant, and I give NueMD four out of five stars. For more reviews like this, you can click below. What we use NueMD on a daily basis is to schedule patients for our clinics, for our offices, and to enter all their information and run reports. It's super easy to use. Even if you don't have training, you can go ahead and figure it out. It's great that it lets you know when you're entering patient information if you're missing something. It's going to give you a popup, or it's going to let you know because you have required fields. So, that is super useful. Something I believe NueMD has to improve is the reports. Sometimes they are empty when you run reports. They don't give you the information that you need. The customizable option doesn't really work all the time. So I think the report side of the report feature of NueMD could be improved.
Loni M.: My name is Loni. I'm a licensed therapist and I give DrChrono a four rating. For more like this click here. I use DrChrono on a daily basis for scheduling all of my sessions with my clients and navigating all of their billing and just keeping track of everything that comes along with providing the care for the current clients that I provide service for. I like the ease of being able to schedule and move around clients, also working within each separate client's profile is really easy to access everything that I need and I know exactly where to find different pieces of their file. Something I dislike about DrChrono is I sometimes feel I will click onto something and then save it and come to find out it doesn't always do that for me. That may be a user end issue, but I definitely run into that sometimes, or even maybe the refreshing. But dealing with HIPAA compliant software is that's definitely a common thing that you experience.
