Very good product, easy to use and to implement, with great functionalities useful for business.

The lack of online training, and the need of some users to change their mind and get used to the interface.

We are very glad, having this excellent software as our reporting tool. We rolled it out nearly over the whole world and everybody is happy.

Although it is a product intended for the end user, with all the features proposed the risk of using it badly is around the corner.

User friendly interface, fast report creating capabilities, amazing ease of use, all in one tool and so far the best forecasting and budgeting tools I have seen.

Distribution and updating of add-on's is manual and difficult to manage for virtual teams.

It is such a powerful tool, that I am continually impressed by what it can do. When I ask the support staff if BOARD can do something, the answer is usually yes.

When the development are been done by other it's very difficult to follow what was developed.

I like to initially see the overall picture then like the ease of going in for more detail. The support for issues and training are top of the line.

I dislike the inability to freeze column headings on multi-page views.

Silvon employees are knowledgeable, friendly and caring. The on-line documentation is full of examples and the help videos are great.

This is especially bad at the beginning of the year when reports need to be changed.

I have seen the capabilities of competitive software and I am very pleased that we have Silvon. Silvon is one of the most useful and user friendly tools on the market, I highly recommend it.

The lack of troubleshooting help on their website and having to go through emails further pushes this inconvenience.

They offer continual application improvements available from year to year. They have outstanding support and responsiveness and offer exceptional training materials and audio/video tutorials.

My only real complaint is that the formatting component (Planner) does not come standard and is an add-on for an additional fee.
