Capterra’s researchers use a mix of verified reviews, independent research and objective methodologies to bring you selection and ranking information you can trust. While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or speak to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology.

We started out with their DOS version 32 years ago, then converted to their windows version, and recently to their Plus version which is super fantastic to deal with on a daily basis.
The technique support is the worst - almost non-existing. Many times it takes several phones calls to be able to have someone call the office back.
Professional support staff, excellent trainers, honor their product warranty, update frequently, ease of use, versatile functionality, price, integration-friendly with outside services.
I am going back to my original software, no matter how much more it is going to cost me, I have had it with this nonsense.
I have used the software for several years and YES I will recommend it to any office that want to make things easier and faster.
I wish I had done some research before cutting a check for this company. I paid more than twenty thousands dollars (including digital x-ray) and boy that was the biggest mistake of my career.
Very good- I find it easy to navigate when I temp at offices.
Was difficult to navigate in the beginning. Did not find it to be very intuitive.
Can integrate with website and remote access of the dental school or hospital to allow users to check charts of patients. Good and excellent way to add details of patients conditions in the chart.
Its really really really bad and they still have us do everything the old style because this is so inefficient.
There is an academic component that we use for simulation in dental school. I am glad there is this feature since we are not seeing patients right now due to coronavirus.
Nothing is worse than having your patient waste their time while you try and navigate a frozen page.
What I like most about axium was that it was able to connect across the entire organization and could be accessed remotely. This made communication easier and allowed for easy access wherever I was.
This program is sold to stupid people who buy things that are labeled "for education" and no one in the professional world recognizes it or uses it.
Its so easy to use and so user friendly. Everyone can figure it out within a day.
This program is not very intuitive. It is confusing, and redundant.
