BestNotes vs TherapyAppointment: Which is a better fit?

As an outpatient therapist, this system allows is so user friendly and to have the customer support to help make forms that was already in place and not charge is a wonderful experience.

It is initially confusing, lots of different sections to worry about.

I really enjoy Best Notes, I think it's really user friendly and the reports that can be ran are great. I know there is a lot more to learn about it as well.

The software looks very outdated and is not intuitive to navigate. It can be frustrating to look at and work with.

BestNotes was introduced to me at a previous employer and I loved the customer support, ability to customize for my business, and user-friendly interface. This has continued to be true in my business.

They insist a new product is underway although they have no information on when it will be released. Think this said to merely pacify customers.

He has been knowledgeable, assisted me in learning the system so that I can navigate myself, is reliable and accessible, and has been a great support for my team and I.

Sometimes it is difficult to figure out how to do seemingly relatively simple things, such as print a document or scan/email files without technical support.

I like the ease of use, the reports, customer service help and the ease of electronic billing as well. I love that it shoots out a reminder of the appointment to my clients.

They migrated us from 1.0 and screwed up our finacials. None of our copays or insurance's information transferred properly.

I like the ease of scheduling. It is great to have the "dashboard" to keep track of who you still need to chart on and when completed charting is ready to submit for billing.

The loss to my business is nowhere equivalent to what they "make-up" in a measly small refund of a few bucks.

I am very excited for the update which I found very user friendly and much more efficient from a business standpoint. I really liked the look of the dashboard.

After a year I still do not have invoices with my letterhead and we cannot submit secondary claims electronically. Also, there is no phone app for my therapists.

I have found this software to be incredible, customer service is outstanding, quick response to questions, and ongoing commitment to improving the software.

It's really too bad because I feel Therapy Appointment was a leader in the industry and if they could get the problems figured out could still be a leader. I hope it's not too late.
