The flexibility and the rapid improvements are excellent in my opinion. They have amazing customer support team and a wonderful product I love using.
Very random con but often emails from the system get stuck in participants spam folders. We are constantly telling people to check their spam folder for things.
The system is robust and is suitable for K-12, higher ed, and corporate use. The customer support is fantastic, and they are continually making upgrades to the product.
There are some integration's that don't work very well so have had to do some extra work to accommodate for that. The video conferencing add on has given us the most trouble.
Our faculty, staff, and students enjoy the variety of features and ease of use. The customer support from the Edvance360 team is amazing.
Lastly, it's annoying to have to upload everything to the repository prior to being able to add it to a class.
My overall experience with Edvance360 has been positive. The program is user-friendly and provides a great variety of tools and resources to help with course management.
Having to click so many places to get to 1 spot - navigation was a bit difficult.
