Another important feature that I admire about the product is the amazing support who are always available to assist you with any problems.
They have even threatened to cut our access to the software with-in 24 hours for non-payment when we were paid up 2 months ahead of time (errors with their own accounting).
Switching over to PracticeSuite has allowed me to bill my patients more efficiently and in turn made more money for my practice. My favorite feature by far is the outstanding support team.
This has to be the worst software on the market. Counter-intuitive, constant crashes, gliches, and errors.
PracticeSuite is a wonderful company. The system is easy to use and the customer service is great.
The software itself has some snags, especially if you ever make a mistake. For example, if you put in an amount applied to deductible by mistake, you can't delete or change that.
This product is visually appealing and the functionality is outstanding. It is easy to use and navigate.
We have had problems with the billing software changing the status of unbilled claims to billed claims, and even create claims out of thin air.
Certainly worth looking at in trying out. Very good for specialty care and specialist doctors.
This system has poor support and lack of versatility. Staff are plagued with time wasting drop down menus.
Some of our doctors like check boxes, while others like to free text in certain areas of the encounter. You don't have to pick one or the other with this product.
It will frustrate all of your providers and staff alike. Everyone in your office will hate coming to work.
Very user friendly, and the ability to customize EVERYTHING, is great.

It will only provide the balance on the patient/child who is being seen. This presents a problem because another child in the family could have a balance but not be being seen on that particular day.
