I only use the billing side of the system. It is really hard to do something wrong as the system prompts you if something isn't right.
I also LOVE the fact that the staff are always friendly, always available, and the absolute BEST at taking time to help us with every concern. On customer service alone, they are fantastic.
The steep learning curve. I had been an early adopter to their competitor and it was hard to switch initially and learn that this ipad EMR was similar but not exactly the same.
The thing that I love most about this software is how user friendly it is and the support is one of a kind.
For example, I would like it if every time I chose a new tab, the system just moved over. I hate having dozen of tabs open.
All the employees with whom I have corresponded are extremely helpful and friendly. They are good about implementing changes when asked.
The patient portal is the biggest issue I see but was not created by EZDerm.

This system has poor support and lack of versatility. Staff are plagued with time wasting drop down menus.
Some of our doctors like check boxes, while others like to free text in certain areas of the encounter. You don't have to pick one or the other with this product.
It will frustrate all of your providers and staff alike. Everyone in your office will hate coming to work.
Very user friendly, and the ability to customize EVERYTHING, is great.
It tends to get a little costly, as you're charged by user.

It will only provide the balance on the patient/child who is being seen. This presents a problem because another child in the family could have a balance but not be being seen on that particular day.
