It irritates me when I leave my computer for a few minutes and Fiix logs me out.

Migrating inventory data from one system to another was an epic failure. It ended up being useless data and all had to be re-entered.
I tried the free trial of MA and was instantly impressed, it just works! and is very easy to use. I moved onto the cost effective paid version and have been impressed with it so far.
There are two items of frustration. Creating reports in Fiix is a giant pain.
There are lots of companies out there being as helpful as they can and providing great customer service - I would recommend going for one of those.
The inability to customize the cost of the software based on needs...meaning, we use the software for it's most basic components, not for inventory, parts ordering, etc.
I am pleasantly surprised at how powerful and comprehensive the software is for the annual cost. The ease of use and simplicity are outstanding.
I just risk that it was available to all departments without having to pay additional user fees.
Its task scheduling feature is very useful. Its request and approval features are also very impressive and helped in promoting the efficiency of our maintenance team.
If there is no service then the app is useless to use.

When filling out the tasks on the app if you make a mistake and have typed to much you can't go back and correct it because it doesn't do it in paragraph form.

Bhavik B.: My name is Bhavik, and I'm a CMMS specialist at Give and Go Prepare Foods. So, Give and Go Prepare Foods is a bakery and food manufacturing company. So, what we produce is brownies, cupcakes, donuts, croissants, and stuff like those. And, we have 10 facilities, one warehouse, and one head office. All of them are in Toronto except one. So, one is in the New York, Long Island, and we have around five to 10,000 employees, the range between five to 10,000. And in terms of Fiix, I can surely provide four star out of five. We used to have the Interal, that is also our CMMS software and in our, one of the site, I forgot the name, but there was another software. That is, I think it's outdated and the company is no longer existing in the market. So, the main reason to choosing Fiix is it is cloud-based, secure. We don't need to keep data on our server. That's the main purpose and plus the way Fiix work, and it provide the features for the users, it's user-friendly and support from the team, which is great. And particularly with the enterprise version, what we get is customer success manager. And with that, we can always reach out to them about our concerns if you want any product upgrades or modifications. So, those are the things we discuss, and they prioritize accordingly. So, it's not something like that we ask for that, and they just simply provide us. But instead, they go for all other customers and depends on the roadmap or the priorities, they come up with some solutions. So yes, in terms of onboarding the Fiix, slightly challenging, but not like other CMMS software, which I worked previously. It was not too lengthy. Pretty much easy, I can say and was a good experience. There's no such complicated things to get on board on the Fiix. So, anyone is looking to start new CMMS software, I highly recommend Fiix. The reason why I'm saying that one is the functionality which Fiix software provides, the work order management, and all of those are user-friendly and you can use on desktop or any devices, you can use your phone, your tablets, which is very handy. Plus, what they introduce is last year they introduced the analytics. So, this analytics is the great tool which provides the insights on your performance. So basically, you can build certain KPIs and then you can monitor progress and go ahead with that.
Mike: Hi, my name is Mike. I'm an architect and a facilities manager for a non-profit organization. And I would give Upkeep a four out of five. We were a paper-based organization before, and we found particular challenges with that. There was no accountability, there was no transparency or at least very little transparency, and we needed a digital solution to make sure that everyone in the organization was on board with what was going on within our facilities. And so I made the decision to find a digital solution to this problem, and I stumbled upon Upkeep. And it's been a godsend for the entire organization. Transparency is at an all time high because we use it now. There are just so many fantastic features that really help our organization stay on top of all of the challenges of having to manage a facility. And so that was the main feature that really helped onboard us to the Upkeep program, because we just found so much value in this program and being able to be transparent with everyone within the organization and with our vendors and administration, et cetera, et cetera. So this was the main reason why we decided to go with Upkeep. The onboarding process and integration of Upkeep was a really seamless process, thanks to the folks that work at the company. They really help you walk through the entire process of getting everyone up to speed. They really help you with uploading your facilities and your properties, and just making sure that you understand how the software works to ensure that your workflow is as efficient as possible because of that. So that's a very amazing and seamless process. If you're looking to streamline your workflow, I think that Upkeep is the perfect solution for you. It provides transparency, it provides efficiency, and it's just a fantastic program overall. Also, if you are pro-environment and you're looking to cut down on paper usage, this is also a fantastic solution. You won't find that you'll be saving stacks of paper, you'll go fully digital and you'll just find that this really helps with your workflow and with the efficiency of your organization.
