Bhavik B.: My name is Bhavik, and I'm a CMMS specialist at Give and Go Prepare Foods. So, Give and Go Prepare Foods is a bakery and food manufacturing company. So, what we produce is brownies, cupcakes, donuts, croissants, and stuff like those. And, we have 10 facilities, one warehouse, and one head office. All of them are in Toronto except one. So, one is in the New York, Long Island, and we have around five to 10,000 employees, the range between five to 10,000. And in terms of Fiix, I can surely provide four star out of five. We used to have the Interal, that is also our CMMS software and in our, one of the site, I forgot the name, but there was another software. That is, I think it's outdated and the company is no longer existing in the market. So, the main reason to choosing Fiix is it is cloud-based, secure. We don't need to keep data on our server. That's the main purpose and plus the way Fiix work, and it provide the features for the users, it's user-friendly and support from the team, which is great. And particularly with the enterprise version, what we get is customer success manager. And with that, we can always reach out to them about our concerns if you want any product upgrades or modifications. So, those are the things we discuss, and they prioritize accordingly. So, it's not something like that we ask for that, and they just simply provide us. But instead, they go for all other customers and depends on the roadmap or the priorities, they come up with some solutions. So yes, in terms of onboarding the Fiix, slightly challenging, but not like other CMMS software, which I worked previously. It was not too lengthy. Pretty much easy, I can say and was a good experience. There's no such complicated things to get on board on the Fiix. So, anyone is looking to start new CMMS software, I highly recommend Fiix. The reason why I'm saying that one is the functionality which Fiix software provides, the work order management, and all of those are user-friendly and you can use on desktop or any devices, you can use your phone, your tablets, which is very handy. Plus, what they introduce is last year they introduced the analytics. So, this analytics is the great tool which provides the insights on your performance. So basically, you can build certain KPIs and then you can monitor progress and go ahead with that.
