Execute best-in-class relationship marketing strategies with an email marketing solution purpose-built for higher education, franchises, non-profits, and distributed businesses.
Email marketing tool that assists small to large sized firms with email design, campaign management and analytics.
I like the ease-of-use of the platform, and they put on an awesome conference. Good product for smaller marketing teams.
The customer support is hard to find once you are in the site, which is insane.
Friendly, efficient, effective and accessible customer service when i have a question. Ease of use/ user friendly.
We were never notified of the issue, only later receiving a sizeable bill in which we were charged per contact that exceeded our contract.
Love how you can send Mass emails. Emma has a great customizable features so you can design what you want your email to look like.
Miss the live chat customer service,, but, in that "keeping it human" and getting to folks who actually know what they're doing.
The templates are creative so you can create memorable mail and there is a great resource library to improve your overall approach and skills to have effective email campaigns.
It is drag and drop, to a point. You can use links, but you can't put documents in your emails.
I love the automatic campaign update emails that they send, it makes it easy to know what is working, and what isn't. Simple and easy, I love it.
However, I found that about 50% of people who signed up to my subscriber list had their names and email addresses blank. Basically I was losing half of my subscribers.
What I like most about MPZMail is the interface, from the first moment When I started using it in my company, I realized that it was very attractive and comfortable software for its use.
They asked me to send to them the image that I had problem loading (which I did) and they loaded it directly into my account.
We love the easy to design amazing looking signup forms, we use them for lots of landing pages. The newsletter designer is superb and takes us literally minutes to create stunning campaigns.
I was really disappointed when the WIX GetSubscribers app limited my newsletters to 3 per month without a monthly rate upgrade.
I really like the design of MPZMail, the truth is I think they made it to order to please the client who uses it, the design is quite comfortable and provides a good stay.
No customer service / Lack of technical support - don't sign up.
Jordan B.: Hi, I'm Jordan, vice president. And I give Emma a three out of five stars. For more reviews like this, click below. We were using Constant Contact before for our email client management and for marketing efforts, and then we switched over to Emma at that point. We chose Emma because it was referred to us by a marketing company that we were tied in with. And they had had some success with utilizing Emma in the past. And there were a couple of features that they recommended us utilize that Constant Contact just didn't have. Getting started with Emma was okay. It was a simple-ish process. You really need to have a little bit more advanced knowledge of how to work in the email marketing space, as well as maybe some coding background for just implementing it off the ground. I think the best piece of advice I'd give somebody just getting started with Emma is just make sure you know if you're an advanced user or not. If you're just trying to do some simple marketing messages, you may want to go with one of the other programs, like Constant Contact, out of the marketplace. Otherwise, if you need to be able to do a little bit more with your marketing messaging and get in the nuts and bolts of it, then you can retool and do everything you need to do with Emma.
Prioritize real-user-identified key features according to your needs to find your best fit.
