It is drag and drop, to a point. You can use links, but you can't put documents in your emails.

If you change content in the mobile size it changes it in the desktop size as well. My campaigns couldn't run well due to bouncebacks and making as spam.

We were using Constant Contact before for our email client management and for marketing efforts, and then we switched over to Emma at that point. We chose Emma because it was referred to us by a marketing company that we were tied in with. And they had had some success with utilizing Emma in the past. And there were a couple of features that they recommended us utilize that Constant Contact just didn't have. Getting started with Emma was okay. It was a simple-ish process. You really need to have a little bit more advanced knowledge of how to work in the email marketing space, as well as maybe some coding background for just implementing it off the ground. I think the best piece of advice I'd give somebody just getting started with Emma is just make sure you know if you're an advanced user or not. If you're just trying to do some simple marketing messages, you may want to go with one of the other programs, like Constant Contact, out of the marketplace. Otherwise, if you need to be able to do a little bit more with your marketing messaging and get in the nuts and bolts of it, then you can retool and do everything you need to do with Emma.
Eladio: Hello, I'm Eladio. I help other people to create their own online courses, and I love Acumbamail and I give it five stars. I use Acumbamail for two main purposes. First of all, I have a newsletter where I help other people with tips and tricks to create online courses, and I send all the emails through a Acumbamail. Secondly, I have an automation that create a sequence of emails that are sent to my customer, potential customer, when they sign up for interested in a certain product or service. One of the things I love about that Acumbamail is that it has no limit on subscribers. So the only limit is the number of emails you can send. So, because I don't send, every day is more than enough for me, and it is a very, very compact and good solution for my situation. Well, I'd say that the user interface is not perfect. It's kind of good, but sometimes I feel like I have to investigate to find wherever I want to do. It's not that easy to find it.
