Centerbase vs Docketwise: Which is a better fit?

The customer service is amazing. The CEO is committed to learning from his customers and actively engages and listens to help make the product better every day.

Site is slow and randomly shows error messages for no reason when our internet speeds support any other site, so we know it's their site. Reporting is not condusive for a mid-sized firm.

Our customer success manager is very proactive and does a great job anticipating our needs.

They offer a solution that is irrelevant or already did on my own. Calendar management is the worst.

The cloud function is very convenient, as are all of the integrations it has with other products. The interface is also really clean which helps encourage my people to use it.

I have spent hours on hold with the sales office with no response because that is the only place I can even stay on hold. You can only leave a voicemail with the IT department.

Our experience will Centerbase has been fantastic. The software allows for lawyers to seamlessly maintain their calendars and billing.

The only con is that we need to review lots of data in table form. Once you chose column headings, you are stuck with those columns no matter what query you run.

The ability to have somebody there to help me along the way and so easy to reach is the best feature. Clients are happy and the staff is very happy.

When something is missed in the profile, you can't fix it on the form but have to find it in the profile to enter in the information which can take time.

I enjoy the ease of use and have had the pleasure of talking with customer service when I have questions as they are very responsive (a chat feature might be handy).

Also, some questions are phrased in a confusing way. They're working on both these things however.

I like that the information integrates with Clio and saves us time entering information. The website is user friendly and the customer service is fantastic.

There is no need to retype the same facts over and over again into different forms for the same client. I also know that I'm using the most recent form that USCIS requires.

Clients (and my staff) love how "user friendly" this software is. Definitely a great value for the money.

I don't always know how to navigate back to other forms. I am not sure whether I am using the form editing software properly.
