Having used quite a few different CRM's, this Pipeline program is wonderful and simple and best of all, their customer service is superb.
Uploading leads has been an issue. If they are not formatted correctly, you will have overwritten leads, lost leads, or error uploading leads.
Deals can be managed with appropriate pipelines and can be attached with specific contacts. The CRM helps great with reporting and has rally nice interface to deal with.
It did lack some features that would be handy. The entire API section was a little confusing.

If not used properly, it can become cluttered with unnecessary information and profiles that are useless. The key is to set up profiles and leads correctly to avoid this.

Conor M.: My name is Conor. I'm the CEO of my company. We have 15 employees, and I give Freshsales five out of five. We had HubSpot, but it was too hard to manage. Freshsales was also better value, in terms of entry points, so that's why we changed. I read some blogs on the internet that recommended Freshsales. They had the good points, the bad points, and everything in between. I did a trial demo, and I quite liked it, and the support was really quick, and the intro video call was really smooth, as well. So I started uploading my data and became a bit easier to use then. Relatively easy. There's kind of figuring out where to upload your Excels or migrate information from other systems over. That takes a bit of work, but the system has a great help desk and email chat that you get response within 15, 20 minutes. So if you have questions, you go ask them. With any new system, you're always going to be bamboozled the first while, but you get up to it after some time. And make sure it fits your company. It's very good for small companies starting out, but if you want to grow at scale and have more access, you may want to look at other tools. Freshsales can grow with you, but I think it really works well for small and medium-sized companies like ourselves.
