I just love the tool because of its social media integration capability, the realistic information which the software provides is just awesome.
Often a filter is set and forgotten about then the wrong information is displayed. Don't minimize user training and retraining when using the software.
The vendor is very nice to deal with from a sales perspective, as well as with training. We are very pleased with Clarizen and will continue to use it after our initial subscription is up.
No integration with QuickBooks online Canada. No customization allowed with this tool.
But what I am most impressed with is the perpetual evolution towards great. Updates are delivered on a regular basis and deliver meaningful improvements.
The licensing model is a bit awkward when adding licenses to an existing account. The Gantt functionality is outdated.
First, their staff, friendly, helpful and fulfilling the companies position of customer success. This couldn't be more important in making Clarizen a valuable tool for my company.
On the downside, the app can be a little slow at times--mainly slow page loads or inconsistent page refreshing.
The cost-benefit is really good, this platform has a good price and delivers what it promises.
Navigating through different tasks is a little bad. At first, I found it difficult to visualize the time that my colleagues took on each project.
When I send my clients the reports on the end of the month they are very pleased. Also it is great overview to monitor your self progress.
Adding time in a missing time period. Which is confusing some times.
We are using TMetric on our internal projects and we are really happy with it as it helps us to effectively track our employees working on it.
Sometimes I feel a little lost when I use the app.
This is good value for money considering you can get the basics for a team of 5 on the free package. I like that it has an integration with Asana, its easy to add team members.
I had a couple of very small problems with it within my years of using the app.

We use Clarizen on daily basis for project management and that includes our operations department, entering timecards, fulfilling tasks, and completing projects for our customers. We love the fact that Clarizen has a lot of flexibility and different ways for us to customize the software to fit various needs for all departments; not just operations, but also sales and accounting. Especially when it comes to project details, task details, costs, and project information, there's just so many fields that we can use and report on. It really gives us a lot of detail on how our projects are doing. Clarizen has a lot of functionality. It can get very complicated and there is a steep learning curve. The cost can be pretty expensive especially when you account for all the consulting work that you'll probably need to do, especially if your company is pretty complex like ours with a lot of customization and needs for reporting done by other departments.
