Wrike helps scale workflow processes for maximum efficiency, empowering teams, manage projects, drive initiatives, and achieve goals.
SMBs, enterprises, marketing agencies, C-suite executives, and non-profits seeking to streamline digital marketing, manage multiple channels, enhance brand presence, and drive growth.
What I appreciated most is the ease of use of the interface, the ability to customize dashboards to track progress, and the integration with other tools that I use daily.
Then they deactivated our account with no warning, and when I asked they said "it's written on the invoice. I supposedly had access to a CSM, but they never called.
It has amazing features like task prioritization, customizable workflows and seamless collaboration. It allows working with team members in realtime and share files with ease.
I was introduced to Wrike by a client who swore by it (and still does) but I'm sad to say my experience with Wrike ended there. In my experience, it was needlessly confusing and just not intuitive.
So far Wrike has been fantastic. It's helping us transition to a more natural work flow and keeping everyone on top of projects.
Who can say for sure that I didn't utilize the assistance, in light of the fact that there are access logs, and still keep up with the unapproved charges.
Wrike has a great interface. I have come to love this software because of how easy it is to use.
Customer support is poor, be very cautious about changes to level of service or SLA's mid-contract with no recourse.
I was looking for a social media management platform that's easy to use, affordable, and has all the powerful features that I need. Then I found eClincher and it was love from first sight.
This tool was very difficult for me to use and every time I tried I became upset and aggitated because it shouldn't be THAT complicated.
I like that you are able to post to multiple social media accounts with relative ease. The customer support is friendly and willing to help in anyway they can.
I sadly cancelled my membership. Within a few days, I was back.
Social scheduling is super easy, I found eClincher easier than Hootsuite due to its simplicity and user experience. Pricing is excellent, I just find it easy to understand my audience in a whole.
But, my 2 social media employees have had trouble figuring out how to use it and switching between accounts.
It's also very useful when working with teams. I like that I can manage several platforms in the same place and it's a great price for the value.
Inability to drag/drop scheduled events on the publishing calendar. Rescheduling an already scheduled post requires manually deleting each scheduled date.
Speaker 1: Hi, my name is Graham. I'm head of Media Operations at EssenceMediacom, and my rating out of five for Wrike is five. So we looked at all kinds of similar systems before choosing Wrike. Monday.com, Visor, Teamwork, Quickbase. None of them really came up to what we really wanted from a system that was going to integrate fully with our systems and support that management workflow from end to end. So the reasons that we chose Wrike is that it was going to help our business through our year of transformation. It was going to help us set tasks and manage tasks and manage that workflow all the way from top to bottom throughout our whole company. It was quite easy to onboard with Wrike. It took somewhere between three to six months. We went into a lot of detail with the Wrike team, they held our hand through the process, and they ended up integrating with the majority of our systems. The advice I would give people who are considering Wrike for their company is it the right fit, is it going to support your management, is it going to integrate with your systems, and is their company the right fit for you?
Dan F.: Hi, my name is Dan. I'm the director of communications, and I give eClincher a four out of five. For more reviews, click below. When I was using other platforms compared to eClincher, I saw a lot of great different things. And some of the platforms that I used, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, CoSchedule, all have their benefits. eClincher has some of its own benefits. But there were a lot of different platforms that I considered in using a social media scheduler. eClincher has a lot of different benefits and a lot of different things that you can use for any social media manager or anyone who's handling the social media within your company. eClincher, one of their best traits is the ability to integrate multiple different platforms. I'm not just talking about your social media platforms. Of course, any social media scheduler is going to integrate all of your social platforms. But I picked eClincher because it gave me the ability to integrate Google Drive and Dropbox, which you don't usually see from other platforms. And that's great because when you're thinking about all the different content... Let's say you have a graphic designer who's creating your content, and their files are really big because obviously, they're making great art. Right? Instead of them sending you your files, your marketing material, and then your email getting bogged down, or maybe your inbox doesn't accept files over a certain size, they upload it to the cloud. Right? It makes sense. Then you have to go to the cloud, download it and then upload it. Well, this just saves you one extra step because of that integration. So you just pull the information, you pull your marketing material right from the cloud, integrates it right within eClincher, and then bam, you're good to go. The onboarding process for eClincher was actually really easy, really self-explanatory. It was so easy in the sense that it just guided you through. It said, "Let's go here to include your social profiles. Let's go here to include all these other things. Do you want to include this or this?" And if you don't, you just skip it. It was really, really easy. It made the process of onboarding just fast and simple so that you can get to what you need to do, which is scheduling your content. When you're considering software, and you're considering a social media scheduler, eClincher is a great beginner software because it allows you to do all the different things that you need to essentially get the job done. If you want to do something that's a little more advanced, I have some other suggestions. But this eClincher allows you to literally, as a beginner, just get the job done with social media scheduling, with content, with integrations. It has lot of different nice bells and whistles. So I would definitely suggest eClincher for that.
