I was introduced to Wrike by a client who swore by it (and still does) but I'm sad to say my experience with Wrike ended there. In my experience, it was needlessly confusing and just not intuitive.

What I liked the most about this software is that in very new and advanced way it helps employees to become more effective.
However, the lack of integrations with other video editing tools can be limiting, and a direct payroll feature would make receiving payments from clients more convenient and hassle-free.
You can manage all the workers within one platform, you can see the work and applications they use, the UI/UX of the site is great and the support is fantastic.
One downside is that Traqq gives too much autonomy to users, which may not suit every organization's structure.
My experience with Traqq has been good so far. It is very easy to use and helps track the activities of employees effectively.
Personally, I think deleted snaps should no longer be accessible to the HRs or at least set restrictive process when accessing deleted snaps as the snaps were deleted by the user for a reason.
The features I love the most are the blurring of screenshots for ethical purposes, the role management system for users and admin and the ability to send scheduled reports to select staff.
Despite its many advantages, Traqq's lack of integrations can be a bit of a drawback.

Monday.com, Visor, Teamwork, Quickbase. None of them really came up to what we really wanted from a system that was going to integrate fully with our systems and support that management workflow from end to end. So the reasons that we chose Wrike is that it was going to help our business through our year of transformation. It was going to help us set tasks and manage tasks and manage that workflow all the way from top to bottom throughout our whole company. It was quite easy to onboard with Wrike. It took somewhere between three to six months. We went into a lot of detail with the Wrike team, they held our hand through the process, and they ended up integrating with the majority of our systems. The advice I would give people who are considering Wrike for their company is it the right fit, is it going to support your management, is it going to integrate with your systems, and is their company the right fit for you?
