ZoomInfo Sales is the trusted go-to-market platform for businesses to find, acquire, and grow their customers.
Freelancers/self-employed, micro-enterprise, Small businesses, medium-sized companies, Large companies
Implementation was simple, customer service has been amazing, and the solution quality has been right on the mark.
Sometimes inaccurate data such as wrong contacts, SPOC not working with the company anymore. The prices are on the higher side.
I especially like the salesforce integration, which takes a lot of manual workflows away from me. The quality of leads we generate over ZoomInfo is impressive.
Very very expensive as compared to products that offer the same thing. After you get them they forget about you, poor customer service.
Overall ZoomInfo is a high quality product and I am happy with the purchase. It's definitely more expensive than other products on the market, but it's the best option available.
If you searched 100 people through their platform, at least 20 of those 100 will end up having inaccurate or not up-to-date contact information which can be frustrating.
Software is very easy to use, it integrates with all of the most popular sales technology tools like Salesforce, Linkedin, Outreach and etc.
First time I've ever worked with a company that relied more on legal threat to retain customers than providing value. It's been a really negative, hugely distracting experience that is still on-going.
The capabilities of this software are amazing. Once you have an understanding of how it works, then it can do amazing things for your business.
The one problem with the software is that it is a beast of features and I can easily get lost in the minefield.
I like that it gathers all the reporting in one spot, makes it very convenient. I also really like that you can customize it however you'd like to best fit your company needs.
Customer service is horrible. I wanted to cancel BEFORE my next billing and they said that I had to schedule a call before I could cancel which is ludicrous.
I love the tracking of our opportunities with the access to forecast our high and low potential month by month. It's also wonderful to understand where the weakest points are for conversion.
The access to files and photos and emails is so limited and difficult and time wasting that I scream at it every time I use it. I hate this product and have for a while.
A solid platform with pretty much everything you would need from a CRM and lead/sales management software. Nice dashboard and interface with a solid resource library and interesting blog updates.
You know that they suck when they have to change there name so they can try and rebrand themselves but at the end of the day they are still confusionsoft.
Iyer A.: Hi, good afternoon. My name is Iyer. I am a national sales manager for a very large transportation brokerage. We have about 1,000, 2,000 employees at any given time. And I give ZoomInfo Sales a five out of five. Before we were using ZoomInfo Sales, we had a hodgepodge of different ways that we found our leads, maintained our prospects. We have our own CRM internally where we store data, but lead generation primarily is up to us. We had a little bit of LinkedIn, a little bit of connections, and sometimes just purely looking geographically who's around us. We chose ZoomInfo Sales because it gave us unparalleled amounts of access to the prospects we were looking for, their competitors, as well as acting as a virtual CRM, not for our own notes, but through the news, the revenues, the employee counts, and quite a bit of other metrics and some KPIs that really gave us an idea of who we were targeting and how to get at them, and beyond that, the contacts there and their information. You can't beat getting away directly to the decision maker. We're all used to starting at the bottom or with a friend or maybe a connection. ZoomInfo lets you skip the line on that in ways that you can't really match. If I open it up and I put in XYZ company that I'm looking for, within a few minutes, I'll have the contact that I need and maybe even a way to directly get in touch with them. I can't beat that. Zoominfo Sales was pretty quick for us to take on. We were able to coordinate with their parties and our parties, or basically the management of our team, the one I worked under, met with their team and we ran a trial version. Everyone in the company resoundingly said that they found great benefit in it. Then we got into licensing, and we just haven't stopped since then. If I were to give advice to someone else on whether they should make the dive into using ZoomInfo Sales or pass up on it, I would say go in feet first with your hands ready to swim. If you've always been prospecting, generating leads and trying to cold call and cold email your way around sales, you need to give this a try because you're wasting your time. And honestly, that time could be spent improving, grading, and qualifying a prospect while already knowing if it's a good idea or not. I spent a lot of time at my previous firm basically going through phone books, Google Maps, and a lot of things you're probably familiar with. Now that I have ZoomInfo Sales, every day I know exactly who I'm going after and my next step and how to get at them ASAP.
Eli B.: Hey. I'm Eli. I'm a CEO of an SMMA, and we have less than 10 employees. And I give Keap a five out of five. So I was using HubSpot originally, and I use Keap for a lot of my other clients as well. I like Keap because the lead nurturing capabilities and automation are superior to HubSpot for a couple different reasons, one of which includes the Zapier integration. It's a lot more intuitive and easy to set up on Keap's side than it is in HubSpot, and the pricing definitely plays a role. So we chose Keap, and we implement Keap for a lot of our new clients and existing clients who already use it. We like to use Keap to nurture our leads that come in, as well as prioritize them based on where they are in the sales pipeline. Getting started with Keap was extremely easy. It's just the click of a button. There's some integrations you need to do if you want to integrate it with WordPress, or other marketing software that you use. The good news is it does have a pretty easy to use Zapier integration if you're familiar with that platform. So you could connect it to virtually any other marketing app you use. If you are looking for a CRM for your business, or just a way to automate your marketing efforts, I definitely recommend Keap. Not only does it have the capabilities to do everything, if you aren't able to figure something out on your own, their support team is fantastic, and can pretty much walk you through any step of what you're trying to accomplish.
Prioritize real-user-identified key features according to your needs to find your best fit.
