Indicative is a fantastic resource to help us visualize our data and tell great stories.

I found the navigation overall to be a bit confusing and not intuitive. I also wished that it included map-based filtering and organization.

Parts of the data capture that didn't produce a lot of info showed "possible" combinations for user and their config. This was confusing and required some coaching to others I thought the service to.

It's best thing is it provides a free plan as well for initial learning and it's interface is very attractive and easy to understand.

For example, we have two different flows (one for new users and one for more experienced users) and there is no way to see both of these at once. There are too many marketing email campaigns.

The features are good and are constantly improving. In the last 3 months, I have seen the platform become a lot better.

Indicative is limited in ways to look at data.

I love how easy it is to set up and use. I didn't expect it to be so intuitive and user friendly considering all that it does.

Unless you have a background as a developer, using this software can be really confusing.

I love Heap's collaboration tools, which allow me to involve team members in data path and chart preparation to get the best results. Reports, dashboards, and data mining are easy too.

It need basic html tagging knowledge. Sometimes it's confusing for business users.

I really like the idea of having the chance of gathering metrics about the usage of your platform, tracking users interactions and more useful data, and providing complete metric graphics.

Even though heap has put in place warnings when events stop triggering, it is still hard to maintain if you don't bring your developers on board to avoid making structural or class changes.

The amount of configurations and customizations in the dashboards and reports is limited.
