The option to do daily time entries is extremely helpful and allows me to streamline the billing entry process. Their customer service is outstanding, and I like the option to live chat in real-time.
I don't like that i sometimes accidentally input the correct dates but then find out it's the wrong month. However, that's really user error.
Overall we are very happy with the software. When we have had any issues, the support department has been very responsive and easy to work with.
Also being charged for every person who has billable hours, especially since only one person is actually using the entries, processing the bills, etc.
I have been with TimeSolv for over 10 years. I spent much time looking for an invoicing solution for my tech consulting biz and TimeSolv best had the features I was looking for and at a great price.
The only complaint that I would have is that the abbreviations don't always pull up the correct word.
This is the most user friendly legal billing software and their customer service is awesome.

I love how simple it is to set up and use. It makes my business expense tracking really simple and straightforward and easy and that's pretty wonderful.

I love this software, it is fantastic with keeping up with receipts, the software pulls most if not all of the information off the receipt automatically, which is a great feature.
I struggled, and I am still struggling to connect this app with my Sage Cloud Accounting Solution.
It's easy to use and very effective. I had some issues with my subscription and the customer care has been very helpful.
I had tried using my bank app's receipt organizer and it was full of problems.
I also love that this works with QuickBooks. How awesome it is to give a report to my CPA from my phone.
They all came in, but the information was lost unfortunately.
Robert A.: Robert, I'm an attorney. I have one person in my firm, which is me, and I give TimeSolv a four. I use TimeSolv to do my daily timekeeping for clients and to do a bill at the end of the month. It's easy to use and it's on my computer and seems to be very efficient. Well, what I dislike is it's much more complex and has a lot more opportunities to do things than I need, which then sort of complicates it a little bit for me. I'm sure there are features there that I might be able to use, but I haven't been able to figure them out yet, but it's got a lot of options.
