Dialer is great and flexible system very easy to used contacting clients. And customer service is good on technical help.
Worse system i've ever used, spent thousands of dollars setting this system up and nothing but constant issues and bugs that never get fixed.
I love all the features and the ability to customize agent experience. Their implementation team has been super helpful with any issues i can't figure out myself however the system is very intuative.
Our original workflow automation just stopped working. We worked with them to find a workaround, but that was not ideal.

If a user fails to log out of BrightPattern the next day when the system opens that user wiill have calls routed to them. Maybe having a feature which specifies times a user gets phone calls.
They want to learn and they want to get even better and to do that they actually engage with their customers. I was impressed by their original RFP presentation/demo.
Also If I do not repsond in a minute or less I get a red in my phone # calls. Lately the chat option was not sending an alert either.
They have a great product and a great team. The product has worked as designed and has been very reliable.
Carrier Trouble ticket reporting can be hairy.
